Friday Fill In
1. The last time someone flirted with me _was my friend Shelley’s husband at their daughter’s birthday party. It’s all harmless and not like I’d go trying to get in his pants or anything. I have something called SELF-CONTROL_.
2. I am SO glad _that we moved back to GA. Despite missing family and friends, we are all a lot more happy here_.
3. Where in the world is _Carmen Sandiego. Ok, really…where in the world did ‘people minding their own business’ go?_.
4. Long weekends are _boring, unless you have something fun to do_.
5. Coming up next: _Picture Tour of our New Home_.
6. I adore _good coffee, good friendship, and good conversation_.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to _a visit from a friend and her daughter_, tomorrow my plans include _a whole bunch of nothing_ and Sunday, I want to _do something but don’t know what, yet_!

Thursday Thirteen I: Necklaces
This is my first attempt at 13 on Thursday.. Here I go!
13 Necklaces From My Jewelery Box, That I Love….
1.) My newest addition. I sell Avon and I bought this one for myself a couple weeks ago. It has matching earings, too.
2.) My first necklace purchase from Avon. I think I paid less that $5.00 for this one. I could have turned around and sold it for a nice profit but I loved it too much.
3.) This is a necklace that I made myself. I bought some leather and the oriental-inspired pendant from Walmart. I wore the shit out of this one. This is actually the second one I made; the first I gave to [an at the time] friend.
4.) I have no clue how this one made it’s way into my jewelery box. All I know is that there are a couple outfits that this one goes with. ;)
5.) An old friend gave this to me as a souvenir from her honeymoon. The friendship is over but I’ve decided to keep this necklace as a memory of what it used to be.
6.) My mom bought me this necklace. It’s one of my favorites (wait, aren’t they all one of my favorites?).
7.) I found this one at Target, on sale. If you turn it upside down you see a fleur de lis.
8.) I wore this necklace to a friend’s wedding back in the 90′s.
9.) I remember buying this one at Claire’s in the McKinley Mall, with Michael, in 1995.
10.) I bought this to wear to a Mom’s Night Out!
11.) You really can’t see it but this necklace is made of tiny beads and marijuana seeds. It’s pretty telling of that time in life…The Pothead Chronicles!
12.) My high school friend, Renee, made this for me. I wore it daily, my senior year!
13.) My Tiffany Heart; Michael gave me this necklace in the spring of 2006. I wear it daily, rarely take it off, and constantly carry the meaning of it around with me. He wrote a note that was included when it was delivered and it read, “Because I love you and you deserve it.”
There’s my first crack at Thursday Thirteen. I actually went to sleep last night mulling over things I could do for the coming weeks! ;)
