I’m Officially DISTURBED!
I have gray hair ALL. OVER. MY. HEAD. I don’t know when they came or how they got there, but they are there. I think it’s time to look into an herbal hair dye again. I vowed not to use any unnatural chemicals on my hair anymore, after I did a little research, and it showed that hair dyes (especially the dark ones) are absolutely no good (like what is good now-a-days, eh?). Here I sit with a seemingly head full of gray hair. Ok, ok, so it’ s not that bad, yet, but it may as well be. Tomorrow we’re finding some Herbatint, if it’s the last thing I do. That and some shoes. I need new shoes. While I’m looking for shoes, I’ll need a new purse. Oh yeah, and quite possibly some new clothes. I must be ovulating.
Hand Me Down No More
Oh how I can’t wait for Tuesday. I’m getting my new laptop!!!
Upgrading from the one I inherited a few years back. I think we got it in like 2001. It’s old now, no? Whatever it is, I know it’s slow as molasses, heavy, and boxy.

Oh I can’t wait.. The weekend cannot go by fast enough now!
Blogging is Fun!
I’ve been blogging for a while now. And, before I had this blog, I had my Blogspot blog, which was preceeded by my Live Journal. Way before I had Live Journal, I had a journal through my email program, and before I had the journal through my email program, I had onel that I kept in the top drawer or my nightstand (that I actually wrote in with a PEN). I have had many different logs and journals through my adult life. I’m glad I have them, too. I can pull them out, read them, and marvel at all the lessons I learn in life. I can see how I’ve changed, rather how I’ve metamorphosed.
Life is all about change. Good change. Bad change. Any kind of change. If you don’t have it, you’re stuck in a total rut of life. You don’t push forward, you don’t evolve, and you don’t realize your full potential. So, journaling (now blogging) has become, for me, my measure of change. I can look back and see where I was at a certain point in life and learn from it even more.
I’ve gone off on a bit of a tangent here. Me, tangent? Noooooooooo, never!
My point in this long-winded tangent is that I’ve finally become comfortable enough to share my blog with people that I don’t even know. I’ve put myself out on some great sites (‘sup Cre8Buzz) and have, in turn, met some wonderful bloggers. I’ve also been turned on to other writers, and I’ve been inspired to read more (not just read blogs, but books and publications).
My super-secret-long-lost-best-friend, VDog gave me some awards today. I didn’t realize that this was something big with blogging mamas, but it is…it’s pretty cool, too! I’ve added the blingy awards to my sidebar, even. And, in turn, I give this award to four of MY favorite bloggers of the day (I could list fourty-seven, though):

Great blogs ladies.. I love to read you; you’re all funny, witty, cool, and write from the heart!!
I’m adding one more blog to this set: A Whole Lot of Nothing How could I forget this bloggy friend! I love chatting with her but more so I love to visit her bloggy goodness! Angie, you kick arse!
xoxoxo
