Live Blogging: Writing From the Road
I’m not actually ON the road, but I’m not home. My daughter (3rd grade) is taking some tests (ITBS) today and tomorrow so we are at the library of the town that we’re in. We got here, walked to Wendy’s, got some lunch (I got my favorite Southwest Salad), walked back to the park, ate, played, and now we’ve been at the library for almost two hours. The test ends at 3:45pm, so we have a little bit more to wait. The two older boys are having a blast alternating computer time and reading, and the baby just fell asleep. We’re in this small libraray alone with the librarians and two other people. It’s quite quaint. Tomorrow I’m going to bring my laptop (free wireless, yo) and the boys’ schoolwork. We’ll probably spend the whole morning here.
T – 20 minutes till we pick up the girl… Ahhhhhh….
