Photohunt: Hot
“Hot”
I went for literal this week
This was taken of our eldest son in
January 2005 at the [Kolede] at our church.
The bonfire is celebrating Orthodox New Year.
The Macedonian Orthodox Church continues to celebrate
its feasts and holidays in accordance with the Julian calendar.

Beautiful shot – and your son is almost a spitting image of you!! :)
Happy weekend Mishi!
Sabine: Mikey does favor myself and my father, but lately he also looks like big Michael.
I didn’t know there was a separate Macedonian Orthodox Chuch? I think most of the Eastern Orthodoxies use the Julian. It’s about a week different, right?
Though he looks cold
Beautiful shot.
oh! This is something we shouldn’t go too near. Looks like dangeruos. hehe…
Have a nice weekend! :)
A bon fire sure would be fun with roasting marshmallow and hot chocolate.
lovely photo! I love bonfire!
AFF: Yup, the Macedonian Orthodox Church has it’s own archdiocese and bishop. Christmas is on January 7th and ONY is on the 14th. Easter’s usually a week later, sometimes two..
