Rate the Hate | Picture Edition
I never made the Rate the Hate | Sunday’s Dinner on Sunday, I made it yesterday, and it was fabulous. It’s my favorite dinner to make, and it’s so tasty. Afterwards, we went on a neighborhood walk. It was great, and it really helped the full feeling go away.
I’m proud of myself for the fact that I’ve been walking every day! The kids love it, too. We get out, get some fresh air (even fresh chilly air), and exercise. Since I don’t own a scale, which Thank God because we all know that I can get a little obsessive about weighing and such, I can’t weigh in. I go: Clothes on. Clothes off. Morning. Noon. Night. Yeah, a bit much. So, I won’t be owning a scale. However, I do feel like I’ve lost a few pounds. My jeans are very loose and I just “feel” lighter. Mama’s gonna be skinny, yo!

I declare this a YummaNummy!
Looked good to me. Good for you on the walking, my legs still not ready for it….see new doc in 4 weeks. Pray they have some answers for me.
Thanks for the nominations you silly goose….how sweet.
Yay for the probable weight loss! You are doing your body good. I joined the gym, but of course, got sick…so have yet to go.
Good job on the walking – it feels so good to feel good doesn’t it?
I hear ya on not keeping a scale in the house. I know that if I took a good, um, visit to the bathroom I’d weigh myself after that to see if I lost a few ounces. How the clothes fit is a great way to keep track.
Ack! You’re food posts are positively drool worthy.
Very nice story. thanks for good info~!!
