You have such talent honey. They are wonderful!
I love the one of the 3 of them ‘walking’!!
    You’re so creative.
    I’ll have mine up tomorrow!

  2. 01.19.2008

Thank you for your kind remarks, Rachel! :) I can’t wait to see everyone’s. This is my favorite meme!

  3. 01.19.2008

All your pictures are great. You make an eaten banana look beautiful. The sleeping dogs are cute. And of course the kids are precious.

  4. 01.19.2008

Of course your photos are always great (note that I did vote! yay me!), but the salad tongs? SWEET. Now I’m jealous of your camera AND your elephant salad tongs (or spoons or whatever the heck they are called–regardless, they would make salad more interesting!).

  5. 01.19.2008

those are awesome!! The bean one reminded me of that picture that has a bald guy’s head in it! You are supposed to find the bald guy amidst all the beans.

I think the last one if my favorite.

  6. 01.19.2008

I love the beans picture! And that snow man is so well shaped. haha.

    01.19.2008

I love all the pictures Mishelle. You have such a knack for it!

  8. 01.19.2008

jennifer: I must’ve taken 50 pics of the banana, just playing around. I saved that shot, though!

Burgh: Those are FROM Africa. An old friend got them from one of her friends, and passed them on to me.

Tommie: The last is my fave, too. I’m having a ball playing with maual focus.

Heather: Thanks, doll! You do, too.. get in on this one when you can. :D

Manda: The beans were shot using the macro feature, which I love.

  9. 01.19.2008

you have such a great eye!I love them all!

happened to see a blog looking for a RAD photographer in Atlanta…I think you qualify as RAD…if you are interested here’s the link

  10. 01.19.2008

Alex: That’s rad, in-and-of-itself but I can’t possibly do this yet. I have no one for childcare. But, wow! How cool! That’s the kind of stuff that I’d love to do someday!~

  11. 01.19.2008

I am impressed. My first week with the new camera was, well, a disaster. Are you good at everything you do? ;)

    Beautiful photos as always..
    Those elephants are really cool!!
I think I have to go have a bowel of cereal now..that looks so yummy!!

  40. 01.20.2008

These are great! Making salad more interesting stood out for me, as did cold division/warm neighbors, night time snow and he banana – the color treatment is really interesting. Good stuff!

  41. 01.20.2008

    mp: That cereal kicks it!

Smiler: You rock! Thanks for the compliments.

(I sure hope I haven’t missed anyone in my replies to all the comments. Apologies if I did; it was unintentional, if so.)

  42. 01.20.2008

VERY cool pictures. I love the one of the fence in the snow. Neat!

  43. 01.20.2008

Braden has those same jammies. :-)

My favs: the beans of love (lol), the banana, the fence, and the winter remains.

So many good ones! I know you’re having fun with your new baby (camera). :-D

  44. 01.20.2008

These are all terrific photos! New cameras are so awesome, aren’t they?

I love the macro shot of the coffee beans — I took a dozen or more photos of the Christmas spice drops playing with the macro setting. I am once again looking at the world always thinking about how I could photograph it…

    Wonderful photos!

  45. 01.20.2008

This looks like comment city! I like the coffee beans. Who would have thought that toddler would have to teach those kids to walk? :D

  46. 01.21.2008

Great shots for somebody who’s just messing around! I started to memorize which ones were my favorite then realized I liked every one of them :) Come see mine when you have a chance. :)
