Leap of Faith: hopeREVO
I took a leap of faith and joined this a site called “Shutter Sisters“. There are a lot of wonderful, insightful, talented, and righteous sisters-in-art there. My Goodness! I get such a great feeling when I’m there reading, looking, and posting.
While cruising around the submissions for Love Thursday I learned about “hopeREVO“, and what a concept it is—indeed. I’ve decided to have my own revolution of hope. Today I created my first batch of notes to leave around our town, as we go on about our daily routine. I plan on leaving these notes in various places, in the hope that those who find one will have their day brightened. My very own, simple, and beautiful Pay it Forward! It’s endearing and exciting to me, all at the same time.
My Hope Notes:

You can do it, too! Please do!
With this post comes to an end my Leap of Faith February. Thanks to Piper, Jim, and Christine for the concept; it’s been a joy! I might even have to do more of them, as I feel that I haven’t even scratched the surface. I think I just might….

Such a wonderful idea. Leave it to someone like you to follow through with it, too. Awesome. Cute paper, too!

Wonderful idea, Mishi! I could do that! It’d give me a chance to utilize some of the pretty paper/cards I seem to accumulate & never use..

That is pretty great. If it were me I’d have to hang around the first place I plant them to see the expression, at least once. What a nice gift.

back when i was 20, post 9-11, someone has plastered telephone poles with stickers that read “fighting for peace is like fucking for virginity” and every time i saw one, i’d smile.
i love that you’re doing this.

What a great idea! It’s so sad that random kindness amazes us and random violence doesn’t cause us to blink an eye. Changing that starts with things like this. Awesome, Mishie!
