This morning when Davey woke up I noticed a bunch of goop on his ear lobe. I wiped it off and we continued with our day. He was happy, playing, eating a bit more, and then I put him down for nap. When he woke up he was crying and I noticed he had stuff oozing from his ear. Plus his eye was goopity, too. So, I called the doc. Off we went.
Turns out the boy has an outer ear infection. She prescribed ear and eye drops.

Poor Davey! I hope the drops make a difference quickly. It’s good that his ear didn’t seem to affect his mood.
