PBS Kids, Nickolodian and Starfall are all favorites at our house too.
You have some very good websites here. While I don’t have children, I will pass this information on to my friends and relatives who do. Happy TT.
Awesome idea for a list. I wind up on dictionary.com quite a bit. Sometimes I forget what words mean or how to spell them because my brain is breaking, or something…
Gosh, I spend so much time at dictionary.com…. ;) Great list of fun things to do for a kid or the kid in you!
Happy TT!
Alas, my kids are too old. But I will probably check out some and see if they fit for the grandkid.
Happy TT
Anna does MyNoggin.com. It’s great!
Claudia, That’s so true… I do Webkinz with the kids. I’m addicted!!
Great list. My little one is still too young to care about the TV or computers (16 months… ok, she always wants to type on my laptop, but that’s not the same) but I’ll certainly bookmark these for later. :)
Great TT, awesome resource list for those with younger ones. Mine is up at The Cafe.
Awesome, Mishelle! Great resource. :)
I don’t let my son go to many online sites even the “kid friendly” ones because they are all just marketing ploys. Happy TT.
Okay so I admit to being a constant lurker, but I do come out occasionally to let you know I’m here. Today is one of those days. Thanks so much for this great list!! I’ve been looking for some new fun sites to direct my kids to! xoxo
I need to save this for the grand kids. They love WebKinz, Barbie.com, and Polly Pockets. This will give me a few other options when they are out for a visit.
Have a great T13
I have to watch the kids like a hawk when they surf. It is nice to know there are relatively safe places for them to go.
My Thursday Thirteen #73 is up! 13 What I Should Have Said and What I Said Stop by if you get a chance.
I don’t know whether I am happy or sad my kids are too old for these sites…happy because they don’t need me to help them with the internet anymore, sad because they are growing up too too fast! My oldest kid just turned 18.
My TT is up — thirteen photos from our trip to Venice Italy…
My kids are older, you can tell–they do still visit the Lego website, but they’re more frequently found at Nintendo or game forums.
Webkinz is the number one site here for my girl, followed closely by Club Penguin.
I have to save this list and let my daughter check them out!
This is great information! Thanks for posting it.
Cool, thanks for that list, I’ll be checking them out.
Great list! Now I’ve got new places to visit when my 3-yr-old demands we go to “Dee-dee-dot-com”, whatever the heck that is.
