Silly Monkeys Get in on Pictures!
Project 365 is almost over. Something like 59 days left. I’ve been faithful to it and I’m proud of that. At day 365 I will know that I did something–for a whole year–that I said I would. Pretty cool, if you ask me. I have often had the kids featured in my pics with me. My favorite is the one where we piled our hands on top of each others, but I digress.
Sometimes the shots don’t work out. Someone gets the giggles. Someone sticks a tongue out. Someone closes their eyes. It’s not an easy task, to say the least. The kids always ask what I’m going to do for today’s picture. Whenever I pull my camera out and snap they ask, “Is that going on your blog?”
A couple weeks ago I sat in the kitchen, at my laptop, while the kids worked on their math. I grabbed my camera, thinking the lighting was just right for that day’s shot. It was going to be one of those “truthy” shots, where I don’t really care how splotchy my face looked, or how my hair was crazy wild. Here’s what happened:

It will be quite an accomplishment when you complete Project 365. I’m already mega-impressed that you’ve come this far.
Those are great photos depicting silliness!! You should do a segment on all the Project 365 outtakes every week.

I love your pictures! I just started project 365 and am a little nervous about this venture. Did you miss any days? What did you do if you missed a day? Extended it, skipped or used a picture from the next day?

You and your Silly Monkeys have lots of fun together. That makes family life so sweet. :) You probably have some up-and-coming actors/actress as well. :P

I always took a pic. If I couldn’t get out my big camera, I simply took a pic using my cell phone. Some days a 365 did not get uploaded or posted, but it was taken, so I would combine two or three of them.

Looking forward to watching your 365 grow!!
