Project 365 (343/365)
Today we took off to grab some lunch (we actually went to Wegmans and I’ll have to tell that story tomorrow, in Haiku form), then we went down to the Marina in Buffalo to enjoy a walk on the waterfront. On the spur-of-the-moment we purchased tickets for the Miss Buffalo II, and set off on and hour-and-a-half tour of the Niagara River. It was too windy/choppy for us to go past the locks, but it was a great day. A great day!

Project 365 (340 & 341)
Yesterday was an incredibly long day. It started at 3:00am when Michael and I woke up to get ready. By 4:00am we were all in the van, on the road, to take Michael to the train station. By 5:00am I was on the road with the kids. In South Carolina I had a lapse and turned around because I thought I had missed a juncture for I-77. I didn’t. What I did do was add on over an hour to the trip. By 9:00pm we were pulling up to my mom and dad’s house. We were worn, tired, and ready to get out of our van.

This morning Davey and I accompanied my mom, as she had an appointment, in downtown Buffalo. I strolled him around and took some pictures in Niagara Square. The city was fast paced and interesting. I’d love to go back without the stroller and the baby!
