Project 365 (335/365)

30 Days Left

This week has been all about reflection (literally and figuratively). Looking back at old photos, organizing them, thinking about old friends, re-connecting with some of them, and general rumination of the transformation we–in general–undergo.

A few have said that they want to do a Project 365 and I would advise [you] go for it! It really is a way to discover things you may have not been able to otherwise.

The past is our definition. We may strive, with good reason, to escape it, or to escape what is bad in it, but we will escape it only by adding something better to it.

  • Love this, and not just because coffee is involved. Well, OK, that’s part of it. ;)

  • You know what’s amazing? How far your photography skills have gone in the past year. You should be VERY proud!

  • I have enjoyed seeing all your photos and takes on life. I cannot wait to see what your next project is!

  • Your understanding of the Project365 is profound. Someday (ugh, I hate that word, sometimes), someday I want to do the same thing – only in paint. Or maybe a combination of paint and drawing and things of that sort. But to do some Art every day. To get where you are, with your photography, with my Art.

I cannot believe you only have 30 days left. And as others have said, your eye has grown so much in the short time I have been reading you.. You have to be so proud of yourself.

  • Can I have just a weensy bit of your talent?

  • Escape by adding something better…perfectomundo (that’s spanish for perfect) hehe So good to see you. What happened to us? We were so close. *giggling* I am glad you have been stopping by though and your words and photo here certainly makes a point.

  • Nice shot! Like the little splash of color from the mug!!

  • So far I have enjoyed my 366 photo-a-day project…..the only problem is keeping up with the amount of pictures you tend to produce while in the process!

Taking a photo everyday has become second nature, and isn’t as forced as it was in the beginning. I see things in ways that I could have never imagined if I didn’t put myself up to the challenge.

Can’t wait to see what you’ll be up to next!

  • Coffee and hot sauce, two of my favorite things.

OK, I’m going to say it since nobody else did: does that mug keep the coffee hot? (Please hold your applause…) :D
