sweet embrace of an innocent love
one that can make a grown woman weep
as it’s pureness radiates and resounds
this love is the love you breathe
one you freely bestow
as a pure heartfelt gift
the world can harden even the softest
in the absence of smiles
through the rush of daily life
it is with a delicate dream
that i long for you to always
feel this innocent love
escape the hash realities that life offers
eliminate the negativity
with that gleaming purity
i submit a wish of love for you
hopes for a bright future
