SPC: Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall

Comfortable in my own skin
Yet constantly squirming
Looking for a way to escape
The cells that house me
Uncomfortable in my own skin
Yet idly waiting
Looking for a way to sustain
The house that cells me

i love this photo. and your words speak to me! truly.
verrrrrry interrresting. Nice effect in the photograph. You are truly an artist.
I like the effect! Great photo!
Cool use of this magnifying mirror. Is it one of those 2-in-1 jobbies for make-up and stuff? Love the way it draws attention to your wedding ring. Nicely done!
how’d you do that?
I like it!
I wish I could take the perfect picture of me, reading this, drinking up those words, letting them roll off the skin, recognizing how true they are for me, for so many women. I’m sure it would be a perfect black and white, if only I knew how to take such a picture.
Been meaning to write. Been wanting to tell you how happy I am for reasons I’m sure you know.
great use of the mirrors here! love it!
i can relate to your words. wonderful self portrait.
Very cool!!!!!!
Good gravy, woman!
I LOVE YOUR WORK–IN PHOTOGRAPH AND VERSE!
I’m SO GLAD we met; your countenance is so welcoming and you left me wanting to know you better. I can’t believe I missed out on the awesome dinner! My roomies crashed when we went back to the room and there was no turning back :/. You’re the main reason I hated missing!
Thanks for your kind words during and after BlissDom–you’re one of my “five”, too (but I’m afraid I might go slightly over that number).
:)
