Last week I wrote a post over at The Home School Post about how my kids often call me “The Lunch Lady”.
Today I have two posts up. One at Aiming Low, a repost of one of my favorite Vlog-Vee Log-Video Blogs and another at Photo Bliss about taking self portraits or–as they are known in my world–selfy pees.
The one place that I am very happy and proud to say that I am at is my new professional photography website: Mishelle Lane Photography. Not only will I showcase some of my portraiture there, but I will also have a lot of my artwork there, too! Michael worked diligently on my site and I think it looks marvelous.
Remember: mlp* photography is always for sale. If there’s something you love, just let me know. If you see it here or there you can definitely have it on your wall at home. Then when friends and family admire it you can tell them that they can have their very own mlp original, too!
*mlp: My new watermark and logo was made for me by my new friend, Jennifer. She blogs at “jayesel” and is a very talented designer. You can see her brilliant work at Inksplash DESIGNSwhere you can get your blog all dressed up! Oh, and did I mention that she’s also a talented photographer?
Thanks again, Jen. I’m thankful that you responded when I called out for logo help on Twitter.
This is about life and love
The feeling of sensuality and touch
This is about mystery
The desire to completely captivate
This is about
A need to feel sexy and
This is about
A need to feel glamorous

He sits in the dimly lit room His hands are clasped, as his elbows rest on the arms of the weathered seat, in a thinker’s pose. His eyes are eager. They watch as she enters. His breath controlled.
Your eyes are burning straight into me. From top to bottom, bottom to top, they burn. I’m wearing black heels, fishnet stockings, a garter that you cannot see just yet, and a black and white, sheer, button-necked dress. My hair is pulled up and my glasses rest where they always do.
She walks towards him and stops directly in his view. He reaches out for her; his strong hand follows the delicate curve of her breast, down her side, around her hip, down the back of her leg, to her calf. His intoxication apparent.
I pull your skirt up, exposing the hidden garter. You push me back into the chair, straddling my legs, as you settle into my lap. My eager hands find your breasts as you erotically arch back. You casually reach up and pull out the clip that holds your silken locks in place; shaking your head from left to right, it falls freely. From your breast my hands move into your thick, dark mane.
He pulls her into him so that her mouth finds his. Locked in a passionate kiss their eyes are closed. His hands still mingled in her hair, holding her firmly in place, his mouth travels down her neck. Her dress is in the way of his desire. The buttoned neckline is in the way of his mouth finding that place on her neck; that sweet spot that drives her wild. He releases her hair and finds the buttons. Lustfully he pulls and rips it open. Buttons fly as he is satisfied, letting out a deep, growling laughter.
His mouth is at her ear as he whispers, “Goddamn, you are so gorgeous!”
She sighs and smiles. His intensity makes her high. He knows how to make her feel like the most glamorous creature.
To which she simply replies, “And I’m all yours.”

There are so many ways to feel glamorous. For me, personally, I feel glamorous at various times. Like, after a shower when my hair is freshly blow dried, and I’m in my favorite white tank top. Or when I just get my eye brows waxed. Or when I’m out on the town with girlfriends in my patent leather high heels. Or when I’m all dolled up, wearing my favorite pearl necklace, ready to go somewhere and I catch *that* look from Michael.
From the minute to the extravagant, glamour plays an active role in my life; it definitely adds to my confidence level.
Recently I discovered that there is glamour in the type of *ehem* adulttoys one keeps in her nightstand (except mine is not a nightstand, it’s a box that is tucked away on the top shelf of my closet.)
Who knew that they could be so sensual and satisfying and outright beautiful? Personally, I have never experienced anything like my glass toys (except the real deal, of course, the one that is not tucked away on the top shelf of my closet.)
In honor of GLAMOUR I am running a contest in conjunction with Eden Fantasys. The prize will be a $100.00 Gift Certificate to use towards anything you want at Eden Fantasys, but I urge you to get a new glass friend; if you don’t have one already! You won’t be sorry. Still, we want you to be able to pick and choose what you want from the greatest online adult store around.
Here’s how you can enter:
1) Write a blog post telling us what makes you feel glamorous or leave a comment here telling the same. From your favorite perfume to being able to dance around your house in a favorite pair of cotton panties, whatever it is, we want to know! (Don’t forget to link back in the comment section of this post!)
2) Tweet about this post, telling us what makes you feel glamorous. @secretagentmama or @DrewG78 and don’t forget to use #efglamor
3) Head on over to the Eden Fantasys Forumand vote on your favorite photo from the photo shoot I had with the beautiful glass pieces that my friends at EF gave me. Your vote will count as an extra entry in the giveaway! Be sure to let me know that you voted or it won’t count!
I love those types of stores, you know, the kind where you walk in and immediately spot five color-coordinated racks of purses. You know, the kind of store that is full of awesome finds at amazingly low prices. You know, stores like Marshall’s, TJMaxx, and AJWright? I love these types of stores for so many reasons. Selection. Affordability. Purses!
The way I carry on about the purses, you’d think that I bought a few last night at the AJWright Pre-Grand Opening event that I was invited to. I didn’t, though, because I really am not in the mood to be served with divorce papers. Plus, I have a whole box of timeless* purses that I never use. I did fondle all the great bags. I did daydream a little bit about carrying a yellow leather bag on my shoulder. I did hear a choir of angelic voices, singing sweetly, as I browsed the bountiful racks.
Back to the event:
I was invited to partake in a little bit of a shopping spree. Well, not a little bit…a lotta bit! I, along with a few other bloggers, was given a $100.00 gift card to spend any way I wanted at the new AJWright that opened today in Lithonia, GA. If you’ve ever been to an AJWright you know that a hundred dollars can totally go a long way. I’ve frequented one of these stores in Buffalo, and I have always been satisfied. Some of my favorite skirts are from there, and boy do I love skirts. More than purses, even!
I got to meet some of the people behind the event. I got to see and meetfellowbloggers. Then Mama treated herself to some new clothes for the Type-A Mom Conference, coming up in a month!
When all was said and done I ended up with a pair of jeans, a skirt (surprise, surprise), five tops in various styles, a new leather wallet, a pair of awesome shoes, and a set stone coasters for our table. The best thing about it was that I only went $6.00 over my $100.00 budget.
There were other perks, too!
Dinner: A fabulous, healthy, and very tantalizing mix of grilled chicken with artichokes, cheese, kalamata olives, tomatoes, grilled vegetables, a baked angel hair pasta dish, roasted potatoes, and some breaded portabella mushrooms with a chunky red sauce (that I totally regret not trying).
Limousine: My driver, Tony, picked me up at 3:45pm. The time spent in the L-series Lincoln Towncar was most enjoyable. We had some great conversation and not only was he super smart, he was super funny! Oh, and people stare at the windows of a limo. Who could it be in there? Don’t you know? It’s Secret Agent Mama, yo!
I had a great night and I can’t wait to wear all my new clothes. Thanks to AJWright for inviting me out. It was GRAND!
*timeless: this is an inside joke between Michael and myself. I apparently have a million purses that I never use, but–Oh Em Gee–they are totally timeless!
